Our sign-up days are done, BUT if you missed it and want to sign-up to play basketball, you still can.

OPTIMIST YOUTH BASKETBALL SIGN UPS
The Optimist Youth Basketball sign ups for boys, grades 8-9, and girls grades 7-12 will be held on Wednesday, October 15 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Tuesday, October 21 also from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm, and on two Saturdays, October 18 and October 25 from 9:00 am until 12 noon. All sign ups will be at the Napa Valley College Gym.
The registration fee will be $60 for the season, which will begin in November and extend into February. After October 25, late registration will be $70. All athletes need to provide the league with their health care insurance information.
High school girls, who sign up and later decide to play for their school team, will receive a refund on their registration fee.
Middle school boys will play on Saturdays at the Napa College Gym, while the girls’ league will play Sundays at the same location.
For information concerning the middle school boys’ league, contact Jake Wilson at 738-8115. For information relating to the girls’ program, call Brian Simmons at 294-2459.
Sign-ups for the high school boys’ league (grades 9-12) will be on Wednesday, November 12 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday November 15 from 9:00 am until 12 pm at the Napa Valley College Gym. More information will be coming at a later date.

OPTIMIST YOUTH BASKETBALL 2007-2008 SEASON

All students enrolled in 7th through 12th grade in Napa County schools or programs are elligible to play in OPTIMIST YOUTH BASKETBALL. No experience is necessary. There are no try-outs and no cuts . Everyone who signs up will be on a competitive basketball team. So let's lace 'em up, and look for the sign-up times , to soon be announced
