Napa Optimist Youth Basketball

We are proud to be in our 33rd consecutive season of 7th through 12th grade basketball here in the Napa Valley.
In 1979, the league was started with 40 players on 4 co-ed teams. This year we will have more than 500 players on 50 plus teams. The season runs from mid-November through March, depending on grade level. Teams are divided into girls and boys leagues and these leagues are formed by grade level. Grade level teams are formed into: 7th & 8th Grade Boys and 7th & 8th Grade Girls
9th thru 12th Grade Girls
9th & 10th Grade Boys and 11th & 12th Grade Boys

Our goal is to provide the Napa county community with a basketball program that is fun and instructional for all of our youth. We are focused on participation and dedicated to the development of skills and sportsmanship by all who sign up for our program.
